If i could a 0 stars, i would. A friend and i came in to eat today and i ordered the butter chicken (it was a special) when it arrived, there was a massive black hair in my food. (I have red hair and my friend has blonde hair so it was defiantly not our hair) called our sever over and she took it away, didn’t say sorry or anything. She asked if i wanted another one and i said no multiple times. She came to the table 5 minutes later with another one and I’m 95% sure they just pulled the hair out and put it on a different plate. I never received a sorry or anything. Just Terrible!

Great service and food

Have come back 4 times now really trying to give it a shot. Food is pretty good and decor is nice. The restaurant was once again almost empty and yet service was again brutal. Takes about 15 mins or so to get a drink and service in general is slow and feels as if servers don’t care. It’s too bad because food is good. I don’t think I’ll try again as the waits are rather annoying.

$3.50 for a coffee?? Otherwise fine.

Great tasting, but usually short staffed on week nights. Come early! =)

Great brunch and good service! Loved the meat lovers bowl...hollandaise sauce on it with the chorizo and potato hashbrowns was amazing!

This is in trenant park square where I get my favourite breakfast. Eggs Benny!!

Came out from pitt meadows to have breakfast with a friend. Omg the worst breakfast ever...so disappointed,.The server was not concerned in any way....wont go back..need some awareness...

The starting salad was warm and soggy. How does someone screw up a ceaser salad. The entrees took over 30 minutes to arrive.

Had a great hamburger today. Always have a good meal here, good portion at reasonable price. Clean , quiet family , nice dinner options restaurant. One of the better restaurants in the south delta area.

Decent all day brekky/diner in Ladner. Large parking lot with accessible entrance & both table & booth options. Not gourmet food but equal to Denny's. Good service too!

We went here today in the afternoon looking for a quick dinner. I saw their high rating, and we stopped by before heading to the ferries. To my surprise, the most recent reviews are not so great. Personally, we had a fantastic experience with their friendly staff, quick service, and delicious food. I had the blackened chicken alfredo, and my partner had the waffle and fried chicken. Both were delicious and fresh. Our server came by frequently and was very sweet, service was so good I promised to write them a review! Looking forward to stopping by again soon. -Dawn

Ordered through skip the dishes. Food was horribly prepared. Fries were practically raw Fish dish was literally dripping in with oil and inedible Au jue was nothing more than warmed up beef broth from a carton. Called to tell the manager I was not impressed He tried to offer me 50%off my next order. He then hung up on me when I didn’t accept that as a good response. Went in on foot to show firsthand how horrible the state of the food was. When the manager FINALLY gained the courage to come out and try to defend his sad excuse for a meal he then proceeded to lie about his name when I asked . And I quote “I don’t have a last name” Clearly this manager knew exactly how bad the food he was allowing to be sent out was and was simply worried about any blowback on himself and not actually providing better service Is that the kind of response your management is supposed to provide to an unhappy customer ? Shame on you rickys ... you used to be decent

The big breakfast I had was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend didn't like his bacon, but I loved it.

Excellent place to come for a decent , well priced meal. Nice relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff and no rush feeling. A lot of locals and seniors meet here in the morning for breakfast or coffee. Very nice breakfast menu for you morning people. Very good family restaurant with all that implies. As for 4 stars , the only thing that gets 5 stars is an old girlfriend of mine !

The sandwiches are tidy but rather small in size otherwise everything tastes good.

Always delightful service and food thanks

Food was good, the 3 people I was with had a good meal for the most part. The server got us coffee and never once asked us for refills , and never got us or offered water for the entire duration of the meal (hard to eat washing food down with one single cup of coffee). Never brought the table syrup for pancakes and we waited for 10 minutes trying to get the waitresses attention after the meal to get syrup, water and the bill. Not a reflection on the cooks, but wouldn't be going back.

My second visit to this restaurant. Food is pretty bland all around. Had butter chicken on my first visit. Sauce tasted like something out of a store bought jar. In my opinion, the portion size of this dish should be reduced..it's big! Had a burger on today's visit and this was probably the most bland burger I have ever eaten. It was cooked properly, just needs alot of help in seasonings and or toppings to give it some taste. My daughter like the place for the desert on the kids menu which is why we went. My opinion is that this restaurants pricing is high based on the quality of food I have experienced.

They have a very limited menu geared toward the yuppy uptown crowd. Hard to justify the cost for a burger or beef dip.

Idk it's like stop trying to be so classy, we just want pancakes ALSO: their pancakes are now whole grain and it's gross. You're making me put like insane amounts of butter and syrup on them just to down them. Yuck. Please go back to your old ways <3 #NoMoreCorporateGreed

Waitress was awesome, food was meh.

Asked if they had any salad dressings without dairy, she said yes, so i placed my order (allergy). She later comes out to say that they changed to a new type of dressing and they didn't have anything for me. So i just got fries. She told us it was already made so if i wanted i could take it home anyways and use dressing from home. Got the bill and i was charged for it. If you can't provide me with what i ordered..

Somewhat expensive but good food and good service

Service was fine food was not to the same level as other Ricky's.

Consistantly good food, nothing over the top, but just food. Breakfasts are always very good. Very clean, good atmosphere to relax and enjoy your meal. Location is excellent with the other amenities right there !
